These August days are filled with both the joy of the holidays and the sadness of the fact that each of them — both the Liberation Day of Kharkiv and the Independence Day of Ukraine — has its own terrible price.
Two memorials at KhAI — the old and the new — that’s what the KhAI people now call them… Twenty names that were taken away by the past war, and 87 surnames of those who gave their lives so that a free, independent Ukraine could meet this morning today.
We remember everyone…
Today, on the Independence Day of Ukraine, the rector of Khai Oleksii LYTVYNOV, vice-rectors, deans, and the KhAI community honored the memory of those whose names are forever in the hearts of each of us.
Eternal memory to the Heroes!
Glory to those who are holding the front today!
Glory to Ukraine!
