A student of the Faculty of Aviation Engines of KhAI Mykyta KOVALEV became one of 30 talented young people of the Kharkiv region, who this year were awarded the Kharkiv Regional Council’s “Future of Kharkiv Region” award.
The award was solemnly presented to Mykyta by the Head of the Kharkiv Regional Council, Tetyana EHOROVA-LUTSENKO.
The award, established in 2026, is designed to support young people who are already contributing to the development of the Kharkiv region with their achievements. It recognizes talented and active young people in education, science, creativity, sports, public and volunteer activities. In the future, it is planned to honor up to 100 young men and women aged 12 to 26 each year.
Mykyta studies at KhAI in the specialty 131 “Applied Mechanics”. He demonstrates high academic results and is actively engaged in research work in the field of applied mechanics and robotics.
It is such young people — educated, talented, persistent and caring — who shape the future of the Kharkiv region and Ukraine.
