Educational Program “Engineering Maintenance of Aircraft and Engines”

Educational Program "Aircraft and Aero Engine Maintenance and Repair" is a profession for those who keep the sky on their shoulders. Today, an aviation maintenance engineer is an Aircraft Wellness Expert and Systems Diagnostician. You are the one who guarantees that a multi-ton machine with hundreds of passengers takes to the air in perfect condition. Your activity targets will be ultra-powerful turbofan engines, complex hydraulic systems, and composite airframes, where every check is a guarantee of safety for millions.

The goal of study is to turn you into a "doctor for aircraft" capable of seeing a fault before it occurs. We will teach you non-destructive testing, aero engine component restoration methods, and working with world-standard technical documentation (Part-66). This is a unique mix of deep knowledge in mechanics, materials science, and digital diagnostics. You will learn to understand the "language" of machines, becoming an elite specialist whose word is decisive for flight release.

Your superpower: In a world where machinery is becoming increasingly complex, you will possess Precision Maintenance and Technical Integrity — skills to maintain the airworthiness of the planet's most sophisticated mechanisms. Your professional arsenal will include:

- Aero Engine Overhaul: disassembly, defect identification, and assembly technologies for jet engines.

- Structural Repair: methods for restoring airframe integrity using modern alloys and composites.

- Predictive Maintenance (PdM): using AI and sensors to predict component service life.

- Regulatory Compliance: knowledge of international aviation regulations (EASA/FAA) for work certification.

Our graduates are lead engineers at line and base maintenance stations (MRO), airline technical auditors, quality experts at manufacturing plants, and certified personnel headhunted by aviation giants worldwide.

Objects of professional activity for bachelor's graduates are aircraft; aero engines; airport ground equipment; maintenance processes, and instrumental tools for technical condition diagnostics.
