A world in motion requires strength!
Educational Program "Dynamics and Strength of Machines" is about pushing metal to work at the limits of physical capabilities. Today, a structural integrity specialist is a Structural Integrity Guardian and Vibration Hacker. You are the one who guarantees that an airplane wing will not detach during a storm, and a rocket engine will withstand colossal overloads. Your activity targets will be virtual crash tests, structural life cycle analysis, and "curing" machines from destructive vibrations in aviation, energy, and high-performance sports.
The goal of study is to turn you into a "prophet of reliability" capable of seeing the internal stresses of metal before the first crack even appears. We will teach you to use ANSYS, Abaqus, and SolidWorks — the "heavy artillery" of engineering software for modeling disasters in a digital environment. This is a unique mix of mathematical genius and engineering intuition. You will learn to design lightweight yet amazingly durable structures that will form the foundation of a safe future.
Your superpower: In a world where mistakes cost millions, you will possess Predictive Engineering and Stochastic Modeling — skills to predict the behavior of complex systems. Your professional arsenal will include:
- Finite Element Analysis (FEA): digital X-ray vision of stresses inside any mechanism.
- Vibration Control & Acoustic Design: taming resonances and creating "quiet" and stable machines.
- Fatigue & Fracture Mechanics: the science of making things everlasting by understanding the nature of material fatigue.
- Computational Fluid-Structure Interaction: modeling how airflows or fluids bend and test structures for strength.
Our graduates are elite calculation engineers (Stress Engineers) at top aviation companies, safety experts in the energy sector, and developers of protective systems where the ability to guarantee results is valued where others merely hope for luck.
Objects of professional activity for bachelor's graduates are stress-strain states of structural elements; vibrational processes in machines; methods of experimental mechanics, as well as mass and reliability optimization of technical objects and technical status expertise of unique structures.
