Specialty 193 «Geodesy and Land Management» prepares specialists in Earth surface measurement, surveying, land parcel design, state land cadastre management, and the creation of digital maps and Geographic Information Systems (GIS).

Main Study Areas:

Geodesy and Engineering Measurements: conducting precise land measurements using satellite equipment (GNSS/GPS), total stations, and laser scanners for construction and cartography.

Land Management and Land Cadastre: development of land management documentation, establishment of land parcel boundaries, land valuation, and legal registration of real estate rights.

Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Cartography: creation and analysis of digital vector maps, spatial modeling, and working with geodata (ArcGIS, QGIS).

Remote Sensing (RS) and Aerial Photography: processing satellite and unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) data for territory monitoring, agriculture, and infrastructure.
