Specialty 141 «Electrical Power Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Electromechanics» prepares specialists in the design, production, transmission, distribution, utilization, and automation of electrical energy, as well as the development and operation of electromechanical systems and renewable energy sources.

Main Study Areas:

Electrical Power Engineering and Networks: electric power generation (including renewable energy: solar and wind power plants), high-voltage line transmission, and distribution in Smart Grid networks.

Electromechanics and Robotics: development and maintenance of electric motors, generators, and drives for industrial equipment, electric vehicles, and household appliances.

Electrical Engineering and Power Electronics: design of power converters, uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems, battery energy storage systems, and smart load management.

Automation and Relay Protection: implementation of microprocessor protection systems, automated substation control, and energy auditing.
